Miami Equalizer Expo & Packet Pickup - Saturday, October 16, 2010 - 10 am to 4 pm at Mack Cycle & Fitness, 5995 Sunset Drive, Miami, FL 33143

Swim Practice - Crandon Park is a guarded public beach, so you may swim the course at any time.
12 noon- Pre-Race Clinic and Q&A Session - This clinic is hosted by BodyZen Co-Owner Lee Zohlman. Lee will go over the race course, the
most commonly violated rules, training, nutrition, and last minute racing
tips. There will also be a question and answer session. This takes place at Mack Cycle.

5:30am-6:30am - Late packet pickup & chip handout. YOU MUST ARRIVE BY 6:00am REGARDLESS OF YOUR WAVE START TIME IN ORDER TO RACE.
7:00am - Olympic Distance pre-race instructions at the beach
7:10am - Olympic Distance Triathlon Begins
7:20am - Sprint Distance pre-race instructions at the beach
7:30am - Sprint Distance Triathlon Begins
8:20am - Swim Course Clear
8:45am - Nobody Allowed to Start 2nd Bike Lap *Participants will not be allowed to start a 2nd lap after
this time. Anyone unable to start the 2nd lap will be allowed to return
to transition on their bike and complete the run, however they will be
disqualified from the final results for not completing the entire course. PLEASE LOOK AT TIMES CLOSELY. IF YOU CANNOT COMPLETE THE COURSE FAST ENOUGH THEN PLEASE DO THE SPRINT DISTANCE!
9:30am - Bike Course Closes *Everyone must be completely off the bike course by this time. This is a rule imposed by the Causeway Authority. Anyone still on the course will be picked up and not allowed to finish the bike portion of the race. Participants will be allowed to complete the run, however they will be disqualified from the final results for not completing the entire bike course.
10:00am - Awards ceremony for Sprint Distance Triathlon & Duathlon.
11:00am - Awards ceremony for Olympic Distance Triathlon.
11:30am - Awards ceremony for Mack Cycle Key Biscayne Triathlon Trilogy Series.
*If you are concerned that you might not be able to make these cutoffs, please register for the sprint distance race instead.
